Please change date format in MessagesBe.php to this:

$dateFormats = array(
	'dmy time' => 'H:i',
	'dmy date' => 'j xg Y',
	'dmy both' => 'H:i, j xg Y',
);

So date should be in form of Day-Space-Month name in genitive case-Space-Year.
For today: "7 кастрычніка 2006"
