The attached LanguageNn.php file is a complete translation of MediaWiki to Norwegian (Nynorsk). It is based on Language.php v. 1.221.2.28. I have tested it with MediaWiki 1.3.6 and it installs just fine. I have also roughly tested the functionality and everything seems to be fine there too. The file is 8 bit encoded made with SciTE on Windows XP. I have marked priority as "High" because many nn.wikipedia users are waiting for this. Please use this file for the next MediaWiki software release and nn.wikipedia. Please initialize the mediawiki namespace on nn.wikipedia with this file. Translation have been ongoing for a long time at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/LanguageNn.php where a translation of language.php v. 1.370 is available. It will hopefully stay maintained, and I will hopefully submit an updated language file for the next release.

Are you sure that the time format is right? Just 1530 for half past three in the afternoon? No : between hour and minute?

I think I know what I did yes;) But I have afterthought on it, there are also some other small changes that I'd like to do, so since I'm guessing that you're awaiting my response, I suppose you also can wait for a new version. I think it will take 30 mins. or so.
