Currently, system messages from extensions such as "Boardvote" and "SiteMatrix"
are editable in the Mediawiki ns f.ex. [[Mediawiki:boardvote_intro]].

However, anyone looking for them using [[Special:Allmessages]] wont find them,
because they aren't listed there.

If '''all''' messages were listed, it would be easier for translators to find
what they want to translate.
