I don't see any opinion from the various communities. Grondin should have asked
their permission before submitting a bug request. Devs, please wait until the
communities are asked whether they support this request or not.

Faut-il que le projet soit hébreux ou d'une autre langue pour qu'on ne cause
aucun problème ? Voir Bug #6633.

I am not concerned with Hebrew-language projects. I am with French-language
ones. Such decisions should at least be discussed within the communities, and
should not be decided by one single user.

It is not discrimination ; Hebrew-speaking users could oppose the bug request if
they disagreed. They didn't. Good for them.
