Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Jonathan G. Lampe 2006-09-15 14:17:28 UTC
I like working with Wikis, but the search functions are among the worst
out there.

If you search for "moveit" or "moveit freely"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=moveit&go=Go
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&search=moveit
+freely&fulltext=Search

...it can't find:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOVEit_Freely

Also, notice that a Wiki direct link to "moveit_freely" comes up
empty...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/moveit_freely
(Yes, case sensitivity is evil.)

Keywords for people looking for similar bugs:
search case sensitive insensitive find

The page was recently created and is likely not yet in the search index.
