The wrong version of the wikidata build is shown on
https://test.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Version and
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Version

However it is correct on
http://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Version

Could be related to the fact that on beta, "Wikidata" is a submodule of https://git.wikimedia.org/summary/mediawiki%2Fextensions.git and on test.wikidata, it is a submodule of core.
But should be investigated.
