Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Aryeh Gregor (not reading bugmail, please e-mail directly) 2006-09-03 21:12:44 UTC
See [[m:Talk:ParserFunctions#Doesn.27t_work_with_Cite.2FCite.php]]
I'm not sure what the problem is, since the changes to Cite.php since then
<r1=15223&r2=15980">http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/Cite/Cite.php?r1=15223&r2=15980>
seem to properly check whether the right method exists so as not to break anything.
Comment 1 Brion Vibber 2006-09-04 06:03:14 UTC
This was fixed on trunk.
Comment 2 Aryeh Gregor (not reading bugmail, please e-mail directly) 2006-09-04 15:01:25 UTC
But as-is, Cite from the trunk doesn't work with 1.7.1? Are extensions on the
trunk supposed to be compatible with the latest tarballs, and if not, shouldn't
they be branched?
