The https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Nearby feature of the mobile website is not a part of the mobile app.

We've been working on this feature for a while and are planning on releasing it to production on Monday. :-)

Not on Monday since its a holiday here. But most likely Tuesday.
