Please could the project namespace for the Tajik Wikipedia (tg.) be changed from "Wikipedia" to "Википедиа". Thanks, Fran
Please provide the desired project talk namespace name and link to the discussion where this was agreed upon.

The talk namespace is already specified in the language file. We only have to set $wgMetaNamespace, not to set the talk namespace. It is not a custom namespace after all. 2. Such change is obvious - see [[tg:Special:Allpages]], where all the namespaces are translated except for this one.
I'm afraid it wasn't put up for discussion. The spelling "Википедиа" appears in the logo of the project, and although an alternate spelling, "Википедия", would be possible, I discussed this with [[:tg:User:Ibrahim]] (the other regular contributor -- and a native speaker of Tajik) and he said that the first spelling is better. The spelling "Википедиа" also appears on our article for the encyclopaedia, see "http://tg.wikipedia.org/wiki/Википедиа". If it is necessary to have a vote, I would be happy to organise one, but I think that this is quite a simple, obvious change. Fran
Just asking for completeness. Better to answer a couple of stupid questions than to have to wait days extra because Brion or whoever wasn't willing to institute your changes due to incomplete information. It is not a custom > namespace after all. I wasn't sure whether talk namespaces could be autogenerated from the project name or not, given the variety of human languages.
Namespace set, no conflicts. Rebuilding link tables. Note some links will have to be updated on the wiki as the old ones will no longer work.
