The link above is for inclusion of a custom JavaScript for a non-default scin. 
You can see that it includes `action=raw', but the page is rendered as if it is
omitted.  This, of course, causes the scipt to not work.

When typing things directly into a browser, use "&" instead of "&amp;". The URL
would be
http://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%A3%D1%87%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BA:Paul_Pogonyshev/standard.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript

In HTML, though, "&" is escaped as "&amp;".

You are of course right, thanks.  Sometimes copy'n'paste is not the right thing
to do.  Then I need to find the problem somewhere else...
