Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Dysprosia 2004-10-14 11:44:57 UTC
A nice enhancement would be to add the article title to the search text box if
the article did not exist, so the possible terms could be searched for with one
click and not reentering the terms again. For example, if one goes to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_albatross, the search text would contain
"White albatross" as a default.

It's great that Special:Search/{{PAGENAME}} seems to work now (I don't think it
did before?) but it would still be good to have the text in the box for
consistency...

This was fixed some time in the past; I don't know when, but it's shown up now.
