This element is empty by default (also on English Wikipedia) but it does have a line height and thus affects flow.
Caused by I2d6157708bd7b4c3a7c647 which fixed bug 52243 and bug 54325. Perhaps we should use "visibility: hidden;" instead of "opacity: 0;" ?
