Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Kipmaster 2006-08-18 11:32:59 UTC In http://www.wiktionaryz.org/WiktionaryZ:voice , "Language:German" appears, but there is no DefinedMeaning attached to it. I don't know what should be done to delete it, and what was made to create that. The page itself cannot be deleted because it contains also the "Language:English" which is correct.
