Using Firefox, I observe the following tab order on the Log in page:

* Username
* Password
* Remember me
* E-mail new password
* Log in.

It's the last two that are the wrong way around. Someone tabbing through them
definitely expects Log in to come after Remember me, given the visual layout.

Proposed patch

I observe the order

* Username
* Password
* Remember me
* E-mail new password
* Create an account
* Log in

Patch corrects the issue for me.
