Please change logo of Russian Wikipedia to "100 000 logo".

The logo:

It was protected.

A better procedure is uploading the 100k logo in the name of Wiki.png, then
reverting when you like. That's the reason Russin Wikipedia has a changable logo
for.

This is an issue for local sysops, not developers.  Any sysop can edit Wiki.png,
and it will show up immediately as the new logo.
