Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

patch for 1.7-svn r16089 to fix templates=expand

I added the Parser::preprocess function from 1.8 to 1.7 and added a new parser
option, RemoveComments, which means the same thing as in 1.8. However, adding
OT_PREPROCESS turned out to be more annoying than I had expected, so I just use
OT_WIKI for stripping (to preserve <nowiki>) and OT_HTML for replacing
variables (to fully expand templates). Is that acceptable?

Report bugs once, choosing the highest version in which the issue appears, but
make it explicit that the issue appears in the stable release branch, too.
