Description Tariq Abbas Jordan Turner 2006-08-15 13:24:30 UTC
For some reason the "history" and "watch" links for the tables for August 10 at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Current events/August 2006 (and July 10 at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Current events/July 2006) are not working properly, thereby
ruining the rest of the page. This issue had not occurred in previous weeks despite the fact that
the code the creates the history and watch links (at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Current
events/DateHeader 2) hadn't been modified in over a month (except for recent attempts to fix the
bug). As you can see the August 10 link looks just fine at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Current events and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:Current
events/2006 August 10. Therefore I can't imagine what the problem could be.

Looking at the page source, however, I see something that says <!-- WARNING: template omitted, pre-
expand include size too large -->. Perhaps that's the source of the problem.
