Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Tomasz G. Sienicki 2006-08-14 22:12:23 UTC
When enabling Preferences → "E-mail me when my user talk page is changed" users
receive emails when *any* other user's talk page is modified as well, provided
that that page is in the user's watchlist (despite NOT enabling "E-mail me when
a page I'm watching is changed").
Comment 1 Brion Vibber 2006-08-18 01:44:16 UTC
Fixed in r16115.
Comment 2 Ben White 2006-10-16 14:29:06 UTC
Can we have the previous functionality as an option? I had gotten used to it. I watch too many pages to make
enabling emails for ALL watched pages practical, and so the bug made it handy to keep track of the user talk
pages I watch.
