Experiencing a major fail on commons upload.  Getting the 
error: Invalid language code requested. 
language::LoadLocalisation(") - followed by a backtrace.  
Unable to upload anything at all to commons due to this 
error.  If you would like the backtrace, please let me know 
and I will add it.  TAM
