In Bengali Wikipedia, we had translated all mediawiki system messages and
interfaces to Bengali. But from this morning, the some of the links in the
navigation toolbox are not appearing in Bengali, but rather appearing in the
original English form.

In particular, the following links are appearing in English despite having
entries in the MediaWiki System messages.

# Community portal

# Recent changes

# Random page

# Donations

Note that no changes to the corresponding MediaWiki have  been made .... these
have been appearing correctly until this morning.
