In Ganglia, we monitored:

- "exim messages in",
- "exim messages out",
- "exim deferred delivery",
- "exim failed delivery",
- "exim suppressed delivery", and
- "exim queued messages".

Should probably be done with a diamond module.

(Gerrit change #143111 added a collector for exim, but I don't see it at http://graphite.wmflabs.org/ under tools-mail.)
