If link is removed by hand in translation column, it lefts empty tag. Removing link by tool card looks okay.

Cannot reproduce. Seems to work fine for me. I have tried selecting the whole link and deleting and putting the cursor behind the link and then deleting. In both cases the a tag was deleted.
