Is it possible to let the namespace "Wikipedie" redirect to namespace "Wikipedie" 
like it does on the French Wikipedia? If someone enters it incorrectly it now directs 
to the English Wikipedia which is quite irritating.

I'm guessing that you meant "Wikipedia" with the first "Wikipedie". Well, that
is intentional, but I would also like it if "Wikipedia" redirected to the
Project namespace with the localized name. That is, of course, where applicable
(i.e. only in Wikipedia projects where the name is localized).
