Got a large indecent picture when i went to wikipedia (english home page - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) in the middle of the bulbasaur article. I had been to that page previously today and it was normal. Also got another indecent picture replacing the Graf Zeppelin model picture (top right) on its page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graf_Zeppelin_%28aircraft_carrier%29) directly off the main page. Both disappear when the page is refreshed or reloaded. Feels like a virus but cant find on on my end. (Yes, my virus checker is up to date) Graf Zeppelin picture now not showing at all. Cant reproduce this - but its happened before (once, a few months ago) Have a screenshot of the main page if you want it. Using IE6, XP Home, 3.2GHz P4, eTrust ezAntivirus. Happy to supply any further info if you need it.
Vandalism, including with explicit images, is an issue for Wikipedia's editors not the MediaWiki software itself (Brion's good, but how on earth is he supposed to write some script that will identify explicit images?). There is [[MediaWiki:Bad_image_list]] for really bad images that cannot be shown only linked. If you have particular problem images, discuss them at [[MediaWiki_talk:Bad_image_list]]. And yes, check you antivirus software again.
