Linktrail broken in uz at special characters: ʻʼ«…»—„“'"`
The typographic symbols:
ʻ U+02BB : MODIFIER LETTER TURNED COMMA
ʼ U+02BC : MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE
are part of Uzbek alphabet and used in compozed ligatures as oʻ, gʻ etc.

There is no Uzbek language file in MediaWiki. I will change this bug to
Wikimedia ...

According to Brion, MediaWiki:Linkprefix is no longer functional; linkprefix
must be entered into the language files.  A language file will have to be
created for Uzbek.  Changed back to MediaWiki.
