I am on vacation now, with nearly no internet, but you can start with either translating some templates (only these you want to use on your wiki) from [[en:Template:Huggle]], especially warn-[1234] or you can prepare similar templates that would use same syntax. Let me know once that is done, I will prepare your configuration meanwhile

this is weird but it seems it has been already deployed there more than a month ago, can you verify it works?
