Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Ken Worthy 2006-07-20 19:13:28 UTC
It would be helpful to present the list of versions on the history page as a
numbered list rather than a bulleted list. The number of each revision could be
in small type where the bullets currently are.

Also, it would be helpful to present on each history page an indicator of the
range of version numbers presented on that page, similar to most lists of things
presented to users on the web, like a google search:
E.,g., "Versions 1-50 of 280".

As an aside, isn't "revision" the more correct word, rather than "version"?

The revisions aren't numbered, so this is not reliable.

Resolving as WONTFIX for reasons above.
