Folks, tried to find something similar in the base but failed.

I installed MediaWiki couple of weeks ago. It worked fine for hour or so, then
strange behavior started: links - even to standard control pages - were looking
OK, but leading to pages, which are treated like articles (i.e. you can edit
them). Then suddenly it would work again like a charm for a short period of time.

Tried to reinstall Wiki several times, problem still exists. The only thing I
discovered is that is not related to encoding, and is appearing and disapearing
randomly.

For example, this link should lead to Service Pages->Special Pages. It may (if
you are lucky), but in 90% of cases you will see "article" instead of Special page

http://www.tforum.info/wiki/index.php/%D0%A1%D0%BB%D1%83%D0%B6%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%8F:Specialpages

The problem is not related to browser (tried Firefox and IE).

I think that the problem is on server side and that more often than not
LocalSetting.php is not properly parsed: for example instead of Wiki name in the
bottom line I can see only {{grammar:genitive|{{SITENAME}}}} (when link works
properly it is correctly replaced to TojeWiki).

 *  MediaWiki: 1.6.7
 * PHP: 4.4.0 (apache)
 * MySQL: 4.1.18-log

Apreciate any help.

Does this still happen with 1.9.0?
