Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Today, many templates add categories to the page that includes them. It would be
nice to allow the page that includes them to state that it would not like to be
added to categories through templates. Either as a general magic word
(__NOCAT__?) or a specific tag (<nocategories>{{Template of
choice}}</nocategories>) or even a global template parameter ({{Template of
choice|nocat}} or something like that).
