Steps to reproduce:

*Go to the second video on https://blog.wikimedia.org/2013/11/08/open-letter-free-access-wikipedia-south-africa/
*Click on menu
*Click on the "title" for the video (ie link to image description page)

Link opens inside iframe. Link should open in parent window.
