Description Francesco 2006-07-16 23:25:36 UTC
Suppose category X is not empty, and suppose that page
[[Category:X]] is a redirect. The contents of category X can
still be viewed by appending "&redirect=no" to the url, but even
then the "next 200" and "previous 200" links will link to the
redirect page itself without "&redirect=no", making it
impossible to browse a large category which consists of a
redirect (if such thing exists).
For an example see http://test.wikipedia.org/w/
index.php?title=Category:Redirecting_category&until=B&redirect=no
When clicking the "next 200" link, the target of the redirect is
loaded instead.

This appears to be fixed per your example working as expected, with the prev and next links preserving &redirect=no. Marking worksforme.
