On http://tools.wmflabs.org/ you see links to add or remove members, for example https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NovaServiceGroup&action=addmember&projectname=tools&servicegroupname=tools.heritage

This link is incorrect. It should be https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NovaServiceGroup&action=managemembers&projectname=tools&servicegroupname=local-heritage&returnto=Special%3ANovaServiceGroup

(servicegroupname tools.heritage -> local-heritage)

I would change the text to one link "manage maintainers"
