Hello,
In Arabic Wikipedia, The beta feature Compact Language Links displays Arabic numerals instead of Roman numerals in the 'N more language' under the 'Language' section on the sidebar; e.g. '٢٥' instead of '25'.

Isn't it expected?

Or I think that the bug is 'N more language' not being translated?

"ar" does have digitTransformTable defined but it is disabled in wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php for many "ar" projects. It might be that the JavaScript code is not honoring the global, in which case this is a bug in core and not in ULS.
