Messages.php: 1013: 'allnonarticles'	=> 'All non-articles',

Message appears to be unused. Should it be removed?

Background: came across this message translating the interface. Really awkward to 
translate. Did a grep on the 1.7 source for 'allnonarticles' and it was only present 
in Messages[Xx].php. If it is used in a way I cannot comprehend, please give a use 
case in how to have the message displayed.

'allnonarticles' seems to be unused - I will remove this messagge from
Messages[Xx].php if nobody else has an exception.
