If you try to create two WikiImporter you get warning "stream_wrapper_register (): Protocol upload source :/ / is already defined". This is for example bad for testing classes that use the WikiImporter.

Thanks a lot for your patch! I've fixed it to say "Bug: 65530" as per [[mw:Gerrit/Commit message guidelines]] so there will be automatic notifications here in the future.
