Using the standard MySQL-Search engine.

If you create an article "SearchTestOne" with the 
text "SearchTestTwo some text SearchTestThree", you can 

* search for "SearchTestTwo SearchTestThree" and get a 
result 
* search for "SearchTestOne SearchTestThree" but no result 

Thus a search combination from title name and text content 
is not possible.
