please add the following domain(s) to the wgCopyUploadsDomains whitelist:

I had previously requested that the domain digital.nls.uk be whitelisted to allow uploads of content from the National Library of Scotland's GLAM-Wiki collaboration, but we have since discovered that uploads are in fact coming from the above domain instead.
