Image can't be deleted, apparently; absent image file with content on its
description page returns an error on deletion.

On de we get an internal error:

"Interner Fehler

Konnte Datei
"/usr/local/apache/htdocs/wikipedia.org/upload/de/1/14/Pirol_klein.jpg" nicht
löschen."

Even uploading another blank image and then trying to delete it does help!

on de.wikipedia.org we have a coulpe 19 of problem cases:

Images are a major problem as far as I see. Fom my experience the total system
seems IMHO buggy.

I had problems restoring, deleting, etc. I do not keep protocol yet though which
I will do from this day onwards ;-)
