In r15181 a target namespace override selector for transwiki imports was added,
but the message "Transfer pages into namespace:" in SpecialImport.php is
hardcoded. Please enable a message. Thank you.

Added in SVN trunk, r15288; it's called "import-interwiki-namespace".
