scroll bar gets wider

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE in Firefox
2.Open any drop down box which has a scroll bar in it
3.Hover over the scroll bar

Observed Result:
The scroll bar becomes a bit wider

That's OS behaviour when it thinks you want to manually interact with the scrollbar.
