Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

When submitting an edit after editing a section, MediaWiki forwards to an anchor
with the entire section name, including mark-up, encoded in it. However, on the
actual page, the anchors are generated without mark-up, thus the anchor fails to
work.

Example:
1. Visit URL above.
2. Submit edit.

ACTUAL RESULT:
You are forwarded to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_personal_pronouns#The_pronoun_.27.27on.27.27

EXPECTED RESULT:
Forwarding to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_personal_pronouns#The_pronoun_on
