Please change {{ns:5}} for Esperanto language. From "Vikipedio diskuto" to
"Vikipedia diskuto".
It was requested by Esperanto admin.

Added support for $wgMetaNamespaceTalk to LanguageEo.php 
in r15172. (Ultimately might be better to use the grammar 
functions to automatically adjectivize -o words here, but 
maybe not.)
