I'd like to have dumpHTML.php generate pages using a skin of my choice. I was
able to edit dumpHTML.inc to use monobook, but I'd like this to be a
command-line or config option that doesn't require editing source code.

I used this to output the dump using the monobook skin. I'd prefer a
command-line or config option to change this, but I lack the know-how to do
this myself.

Added in SVN trunk, r15130. Access it using the -k option.
