Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Kyle Moore 2006-06-27 04:48:41 UTC
The Spanish Wikipedia has recently blocked local uploads, and now all we have is
a link to Commons. Very well, but it would be great if we could append
?uselang=es to the upload url to which it links to enable the Spanish interface
by default, since the the link will be followed from the Spanish Wikipedia.

It's already set this way.

There's a JavaScript bit in
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Monobook.js
which overwrites it with the link without the language
setting when not logged in; probably it should be removed by
an admin.

Ah, you're right. Thanks for the hint. I've fixed it.
