I've been contacted by si:User:Lee about adding the Portal: and Portal talk:
namespaces to the Sinhala version of Wikipedia. If possible, please create these
namespaces for the Sinhala Wikipedia.

They're currently debating the names on si:Wikipedia:කෝපි කඩේ

They've decided to use the English name. "Portal" please.
