cite icon not having any layout

Steps to reproduce:


1.Open a page with VE in Firefox
2.Insert a media file
3.Now go the media settings for this image
4.Add some cite options and reference inside media settings icon

Observed Result:

Just after adding the cite options and references, observe that the icon layouts for cite options and reference are missing

Test Environment: http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/
Browser: Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65
OS: MAC OS X 10. 8. 5

Needs investigation as to the cause.
