Users of Italian Wikipedia would like to enable Edit Patrol for autoconfirmed
users. 

An informal discussion at the local Village Pump showed consensus:

There is also support for different criteria than "account aging" for giving
patrolling rights, such as number of edits in main namespace or per-user setting
by local bureaucrats, but we understand that a much more flexible MW extension
is in the works for this.

Non-sysop users report that no patrolling links or ! signs are visibile to them.
Verified by several people with varying account ages, up to 1 year and more...
Apparently working as intended for users with sysop rights.

Made a typo in the config which broke it. Fixed now.
