Go to existing talk page with no header, edit it with the pencil. Preview works, but [Save header] fails with 
  "An unexpected error occurred."


The browser's developer console > Net tab shows the API request failing with 
  {"error":{"code":"ehnoprev_revision","info":"The prev_revision parameter must be set"}}
