/public/dumps contains no dump files.  Could someone start up the syncing of files?

Before we force potentially hundreds of tools to change paths, let's stick to the old pattern :-).

That mountpoint will contain more than just the datasets; but making a symlink would be perfectly suitable.

Reason:
The links have been missing for two months now, so if a tool was depending on them, it will have been changed by now.  So this change is no longer necessary.
