Users on cs.wikipedia want to use tours ported from the English Wikipedia training for students. GuidedTours is fully translated in Czech. Since deployment of this extension is part of the roadmap for all wikis at some point -- and because it doesn't change site behavior in any unexpected ways for people who aren't trying to use it -- I don't think an explicit on-wiki discussion is necessary.
Having https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes in mind, any links to where users on cs.wikipedia requested this? Don't want unneeded community vs. "potentially WMF influenced roadmaps" wars. :)
There hasn't been any public discussion. I was asked by email about how cs.wiki could get the interactive tutorial that's in use on en.wiki. I can ask them to hold a discussion on-wiki to confirm that it's cool with the community. I just wasn't sure that was necessary in the case of this extension, which I thought was already in the process of a gradual rollout to all wikis. But I could be mistaken about that.
I created a discusion of comunity, so just wait.
Just realized reading the discussion at the bottom of https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedie:Pod_l%C3%ADpou_%28technika%29#Tech_News:_2014-04 that there is already a ticket covering this: bug 60270. Marking as duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 60270 ***
